Live illustration for your event

Treat your attendees to the experience of live illustration and watch them rave about it!

I bring a unique energy and talking point to your event. People love the novelty of being drawn - they'll always remember where they were, and you bet they'll share it far and wide!

I illustrate at events across the North East and North Yorkshire, including Teesside, Co. Durham, and Northumberland.

Perfect for:

  • Client appreciation & VIP events

  • Staff parties, long-service or awards nights

  • Conferences, exhibitions and trade show stands

  • Product launches and brand activations

  • Store and showroom openings, and hospitality or hotel launch nights

  • Charity balls and auctions

  • Wellbeing and family days

  • Property developments and show home launches

  • Christmas celebrations or festive corporate events

  • Pet-friendly events - I can draw pets too!

Add a classy, personal and artistic touch to your event with live watercolour portraits.

Drawn either from photos taken there, or posed live and painted in as little as five minutes, your guests will be utterly delighted to receive a unique piece of art as a take-home gift.

I've never experienced an event where guests didn't rave about this experience. In an age of selfies and AI filters, who actually commissions a real life painting of themselves? You bet they'll absolutely LOVE to be gifted one.

Backing cards can be provided with branding and event details included, creating shareable keepsakes of celebratory events.

"I absolutely love the illustration Leela drew of me! I wasn’t sure what she’d be able capture in only 5 minutes but wow I was so impressed! I watched her sketch a few other people too and she’s just amazing!"

Live digital illustration

Fast, ultra-shareable and super portable - digital live illustration is drawn by hand using an iPad Pro and can fit seamlessly into various types of dynamic events.

From individual souvenir portraits, to montages added to throughout the event, and sketches of key moments - these are drawn in the midst of the action to create a unique piece of art which captures the energy of your event.

Printed on site for physical keepsakes, or shared immediately via QR code, digital live illustration brings a creative, modern twist to many kinds of events. From packed pubs, to busy launch events, quieter co-working days, or day-long conferences - my live portraits add an element of interest and a live visual record of your event as it happens.

"Having Leela as a live illustrator at our press and influencer event added a truly unique and memorable element to the evening. Guests loved the opportunity to have their portraits illustrated, and watching the artwork come to life in real time created such a special atmosphere"
