Privacy Notice
Purpose
I (Leela Taylor) process your personal data to enable me to provide a service to you (live wedding and events illustration), to maintain my own accounts and records, and for analytical purposes so that I can improve my business.
If you use my website, my website provider Wix may collect information about your device such as IP address, for analytics purposes.
During our initial booking consultation I collect information about you and your wedding or event plans, including:

Your name and the name of your partner (if applicable)

The date of your wedding or event

Details about your wedding or event such as; colour scheme, number of guests, timings and running order, theme etc.
When confirming a booking I collect financial information such as bank and payment details, and your address in order to send you any post-event artwork.
I collect your personal data through interactions with you via social media or email enquiries, in person at events such as wedding fairs, by telephone or by video call.
The lawful basis of processing your personal data is my legitimate interests in running my business, performance of a contract with you to fulfil a booking that you make, or legal obligation in the case of records required for tax purposes.
Third Parties & International Transfers
Personal data about customers and enquirers is stored in the UK unless otherwise shared with a company who operate overseas, as detailed below.
If you have booked my services, your personal data may be shared with Auxilium Finance Ltd, who provide my accountancy services for tax purposes.
If you book a Zoom call with me, your personal data will be transferred to the USA by you joining the call.
If you browse and/or send an enquiry through my website, your personal data may be processed by Wix for the performance of their services to me (providing my web facility). Wix is a global company and personal data of site-users may be stored in data centres located in the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel.
Retention
I keep data about customers until work is completed and any invoices are paid, unless I have a legal obligation to retain the data (e.g., for tax purposes). I keep invoices for 7 years for legal tax purposes.
I delete all emails, enquiries and any other correspondence after 3 years.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over your personal data. Please contact me at leelaillustrates@gmail.com to request access to your personal data, correct your personal data if it is incorrect, erase your personal data if I no longer have a legitimate purpose to process it, access a machine readable copy of the personal data I hold about you, or to ask me to stop processing any of your personal data that I do not have a legal or contractual obligation to process.
